  1. That’s so cool!

You’re right she’d love it - I can’t wait to show her your fab tutorial, and get fabric shopping!

I’ve been checking out your tutorials - OMG! how do you find the time?

    Love it sweetie!

  2. Jen - Planning! Believe it or not I’m actually getting good at it ;) I write up notes and make any drawings and I make sure to have everything set up the night before, as soon as D goes down to nap I make whatever and do the photos, and then as soon as the second nap comes along I sit down and write it all up. Of course if he decides to only take one nap that day then I’m screwed!

I found an awesome drawing J did when she was seven, I’m going to frame it and put it up in the sewing room, I’ll send you a picture :)

  3. That would be lovely :-)

I need some of your super organised potion, I find I have big ideas that won’t seem to squeeze in to the day, to do lists just seem to go on and on, maybe if I see them more like bite size projects then it would work out better.

Let me know a good time to call, so we can have a natter, x

  4. What a lovely way to personalise a pin board. Think I will have a go at doing my son’s pin board to tie in with the Dr Who theme he wants for his bedroom. Thanks you for the inspiration

  5. Great tutorial, thanks for the great step by step pics!

  6. i love the caption, miss, japanese lady undressing got me for some reason.
and you are right, nothing is complete without frank. we need to see that movie at the movies.

  7. [...] Novelty yarn/ribbon/ric rac (totally optional, but I wanted to tie it in with last weeks inspiration board) [...]

  8. I am also revamping my sewing room. Really needed some inspiration to make an inspiration board, ha! Love the pushpins idea. I have the little apples that would look great. Thanks for all the inspiration!

  9. That is certainly a different idea for an Inspiration Board. The one I created certainly looks pale compared to your beautiful masterpiece. I really need to find more time to go back to my ‘crafting’.

  10. [...] Novelty yarn/ribbon/ric rac (totally optional, but I wanted to tie it in with my inspiration board) [...]

  11. [...] Not Nigella [...]
